Responsibilities Managing the dining room staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the dining room Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner Ensuring that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures The Dining Room Manager must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
