The long term temporary Project Assistant role will be based in Allenstown, New Hampshire.
How you will make an impact- Communicate project information to key partners- Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events- Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations- Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress- Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support- Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications- Using online resources to research information- Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
